Substitution Policy

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Delivery Policy

We proudly offer local flower delivery to Tomball, Pinehurst, Magnolia, Spring, The Woodlands, and Waller. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday during normal business hours. While we make every effort to accommodate requested delivery times, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to traffic, weather, and delivery volume.

For the best chance of same-day delivery, orders should be placed before our daily cutoff time. If the recipient is unavailable when we arrive, we may leave the arrangement in a safe location (porch/side door, etc), with a neighbor or front desk attendant, or contact the recipient to arrange delivery. Please ensure all delivery information is accurate, as additional charges may apply for redelivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

During holidays and other high-volume periods, delivery times may vary. We are committed to providing dependable service and delivering every arrangement with the care and attention it deserves. If you have questions about delivery or need service outside our standard delivery area, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
